An ardent community reporter going by the name of 'Hulme Hippy' has posted video footage of the recent Manchester Permaculture winter feast on Blip.TV . The event was organised by pemaculture activists including Adele Myers and Kelda Platt, and was a celebration of all things green and permaculture, in the City. During the proceedings, activists and community leaders from a variety green projects gave short talks about the recent successes of their projects.
The nite, which was hosted at the Af-e-We in Hulme, also included live entertainment, including poetry by Count Drax and Ruff, plus music by thembones, Naomi Mather, and Chico Pere, and tunes by DJ HippyKrit.
Featured here is a video showing Adele and Kelda talking briefly about the evening, along with other local people giving their perspectives on permaculture. The full list of video presentations on Blip.TV also includes:

Many thanks to Hulme Hippy for all his support, and to everybody else that contributed to the night, including Franklin from the Af-e-we, and the guys that did all the sounds.
